Personal Training is for people who like to train in private with their trainer and work on their own specific goals. This type of training is for brides to be, women before or after pregnancy, serious weight loss or people that want to increase their strength and conditioning.
All PT clients are provided customized meal plans, weekly client progress tracking sheets to insure goals are being met and customized workouts for their specific personal goals.
Saturday 10am Bootcamp
For people who like to workout with other people and make new friends.
Highly recommended our Saturday Bootcamp for people on a budget and are serious about reaching their health and fitness goals on a team of other dedicated members.
Sports Training is for athletes wanting to learn how to play a specific sport or improve on a specific sport.
During sports training athlete's will learn the basics as well as excelling at their sport.
Athlete's can choose to participate in private training with a coach or in a group or team setting with a coach or coaches.
